Masonry Restoration, Inc. Has completed extensive restoration work across the UW-Milwaukee campus, including projects at Enderis Hall, Garland Hall, Pearse Hall, Vogel Hall, Northwest Quad, the Golda Meir Library, and the Architecture & Urban Planning Building. These projects have ranged from multi-year, campus-wide sealant remediation programs to historic repointing and masonry reconstruction, helping preserve and extend the life of the university’s architectural assets.

Our Process

At the start of the project, Masonry Restoration, Inc. examined areas requiring repair. Technicians executed Historic Preservation, Stone & Terra Cotta Restoration, Membranes and Coatings, Masonry Rebuilding, Glazing, Sealant Replacement to resolve issues related to material wear and exposure. These repairs helped ensure consistent exterior performance.

The Outcome

Repairs helped stabilize compromised materials, supporting better long-term building performance.
