Spanning 11 floors, this 1970s apartment building underwent extensive flashing remediation by Masonry Restoration, Inc. The project included complete replacement of shelf angles, repairs to the backup walls, installation of new flashing, and rebuilding large sections of the brick veneer. The work was completed ahead of schedule and under budget, all while the building remained fully occupied.
Masonry Restoration, Inc. began by evaluating exterior conditions. Our team performed Stuctural Steel Repair, Flashing Remediation, Leak Investigation and Testing, Sealant Replacement to address the deficiencies identified during assessment. The approach supported long-term reliability of the facade.
